KnetMiner allows you to save your networks into the platform to view later and share with users (see Sharing a network).
The Resource you are using when saving a network will affect how many networks you can save (see Save Limits below).
Saving a network
Saving a network is as easy as creating a network (or modifying an existing saved network) and clicking the Save floppy disc icon at the top right of the network view’s banner, just to the left of the “Search Network” functionality.
This presents a popup which allows you to enter a Network name and optional Description. Saving the network will take it to your Networks page, which can be accessed here or by clicking your profile icon at the top right of the screen and clicking “MY NETWORKS”.
You can also choose to make the network Private or Public (public being that the URL can be accessed by anyone on the internet who know the URL) and choose to Permanently delete hidden nodes/edges. Doing so (default) will remove all nodes and edges which you have marked as hidden using the Graph Explorer. Everything in the visible graph will still save.
Save Limits
Saving limits are based on the Resource currently in use.
Free resources allow you to save up to 3 networks.
Paid resources allow you to save up to 100 networks.
You can delete networks by going to /networks and clicking the Delete button. If you accidentally delete a network you did not intend to, you can fish it out of the Recycle Bin (top left of the Networks page).
